Micro Reciver 2.4ghz devices not detected after updating to macOS 10.12.1 Sierra?

After you update from macOS 10.12 Sierra to macOS Sierra 10.12.1, Logitech Options software may not detect supported Unifying devices on some computers.

To fix this issue, unplug the Micro receiver and then plug it back into the USB port. If still doesn’t detect the device, you may also need to reboot your computer.

Battery indicator light on the MX33X mouse does not stay on ?

The Red battery indicator light on your mouse isn’t meant to stay on. This is the normal behavior of the mouse. When you turn your mouse on or replace the batteries, the light will come on for a few seconds. This indicates that the battery has enough charge for your mouse to work. The light will go off again after a few seconds to conserve battery power.

Mouse double-clicks when clicked once ?

if your mouse double-clicked from the first day of usage, check the Windows setting called Single-click to open an item. This option makes a single mouse click act as a double click. Disable this setting to return the mouse to the standard one click option.

Mouse is not working or frequently stops working ?

MOUSE ISN’T WORKING

If your mouse isn’t working, the problem is likely a lost connection. The connection between the mouse and the computer can be lost for several reasons, such as:

  • Low battery power
  • Using your mouse on metal surfaces
  • Radio frequency (RF) interference from other wireless devices, such as:
    1. Wireless speakers
    2. Computer power supplies
    3. Monitors
    4. Cell phones
    5. Garage door openers

Try to rule out these and other possible problem sources that might be affecting your mouse.
